Top Detail Terms and Services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling a detail with Top Detail, you automatically accept these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Payment

Payment must be provided when picking up a vehicle. Customers agree that they are paying for our time and not results.

3. Vehicle Requirements

Each vehicle must be registered and insured before services can be completed. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure these requirements are met.

4. Return Policy

No services are deemed refundable unless concerns are brought up when picking up the vehicle. If concerns are brought up after pick up, the refund will be in store credit. Customers can bring back vehicles until they are satisfied.

5. Special Packages

Special packages that are not posted on Facebook and/or the website cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

6. Quality of services

We want you to be satisfied with our service. No services offered are guaranteed to completely restore the vehicle to any previous or new condition. We will try our absolute best to restore the vehicle to the best condition possible and within the constraints of our resources, time, and expertise. We will conduct a final inspection together, with you, at the end of the job. If after the final inspection and we have left and you find our services unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concern. Top Detail will not be held liable for any concerns or if you did not complete the final inspection with our contractor.
